Because our gear is built for true outdoor enthusiasts and rockhounds, we use custom print-on-demand fulfillment to ensure maximum design quality and reduce material waste. Please review our shipping timelines and details below before placing your order.

📍 Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to fulfill international orders or ship to U.S. Territories at this moment.

⏱️ Production & Delivery Timelines

Because every single item is custom-made to order, your package goes through two phases before arriving at your door:

  • Fulfillment & Production: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via standard domestic carriers.

  • Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their custom gear within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

📦 Why Did My Order Arrive in Separate Packages?

To ensure your gear arrives in pristine condition, different types of products are custom-packaged and shipped from specialized print facilities.

  • Mugs and Glassware require thick, heavy-duty protective padding to prevent breaking during transit.

  • Tee shirts, tote bags, and flat vinyl stickers utilize lightweight poly-mailers or flat tracking envelopes.

If you order a mixed batch of items (such as a premium tee, a sticker, and a morning coffee mug), they will likely arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don't worry—you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package so you can follow your gear every step of the way!

📧 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent straight to your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout! Because our automated system routes orders directly to our print partners immediately after purchase, we have an incredibly narrow window to make changes. Arkansas Unearthed is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
