When will my gear arrive?
Every item in our shop is custom-printed to order just for you, which helps us prevent material waste! Production typically takes 2β5 business days, and standard domestic shipping takes an additional 3β5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order hits the mail.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
To keep your items safe during transport, different products ship from specialized printing facilities. For example, our custom ceramic and glass mugs require heavy protective padding, while stickers go out in flat mailers. If you ordered a mix of shirts, mugs, and stickers, they may arrive in separate packages a day or two apart!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Weβre focused on getting gear into the hands of our domestic rockhounds first!

How do the premium tee shirts fit?
Our premium shirts feature a modern, unisex retail fit that runs perfectly true-to-size. If you prefer a loose, extra-cozy, or oversized vintage style for your days out in the field, we recommend sizing up one size.
What are the washing instructions for apparel and totes?
To keep your gear looking vibrant for years, machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. We highly recommend line drying or tumble drying on low heat to maximize the life of the custom graphic.
Are the coffee cups dishwasher safe?

Can I change my size or cancel my order?
Because our automated system sends your order straight to our print partners immediately after checkout, we have a very narrow window for adjustments. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address carefully! If you spot an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering, and we will do our absolute best to intercept it.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for sizing preferences. However, your happiness is our top priority! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective from the mail, send us a clear photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will ship out a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
